A: If you see a particular design on the website that is perfect for your event, I will make every effort to duplicate it. However, due to ever changing paper patterns and embellishment stock from suppliers, I cannot guarantee that all supplies as they appear online will be available.

A: All of my hand-crafted custom invitations and announcements are designed according to your specific needs and wishes. Therefore each piece is individually priced based on the materials, embellishments and labor involved. As a general guideline, a more basic 2- or 3-layer design with no further embellishment (embossing, ribbon, jewels or special folds), begins at $3.00 each. Prices increase from there depending on the complexity of the job.

A: Due to the custom nature of my work, I usually do not have more than 1 or 2 extra pieces to add to my portfolio at the completion of a job. Therefore, I am unable to send samples of completed work. However, a selection of samples based upon your particular needs is included in my package pricing.

A: Every piece that leaves my studio is completely, 100% custom and "created just 4 you!" If you have any special requests, need to match certain colors, or even have a “vision” of something you want but just don’t know how to achieve it, just let me know, and I will find that perfect something (or some things) to turn your vision into one of a kind piece of art.

A: First, we discuss the other aspects of your event and talk about what you’d ideally like your finished piece to look like. We’ll talk color, style, size, complexity (or simplicity), fonts, and finish (this can be done via email, over the phone, or in person). Some clients know exactly what they want, right down to the PMS colors and ribbon manufacturer, while others will say something as vague as show me something in pink.  Then I will create a package of samples for you to review. I generally commit to 3 samples, but depending on your parameters (and how much fun I’m having), I may show you more than 3 samples. At that point, you will choose a design and are free to make 1 round of whatever changes you wish. After any initial modifications, changes are billed at the rate of $40/hr. Once we finalize your design, I will draw up a contract and collect a 50% deposit to begin your job.

A: I charge $100 for a 100% custom sample package. This package includes 1-3 unique designs. I will also include invitation accessories (response card, thank you note, etc.) to match at least one design. When you select a design and we agree to move forward, 50% of your deposit ($50) will be applied to your final bill, which is payable 1 week prior to shipment of your invitations. Should my initial designs fall short of your expectations, I would be happy to use your feedback to create additional samples. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.

A: I accept cash, personal check, or money order. Or, you can pay with a credit card via PayPal. The $100 deposit is due prior to beginning work on the samples. Once we’ve agreed on a design, 50% of the total is due to begin creating your invitations or announcements. The balance is due one week prior to shipment

A: The invitation you choose along with all embellishments, as well as a complimentary white or crème envelope in the appropriate size. Shipping is NOT included and will be billed on the final invoice.  You may also choose to upgrade to an almost limitless variety of envelopes or packaging at an additional cost.

A: Because of the very custom nature of my work, I require that all samples be returned prior to starting your project. All samples are property of CreatedJust4You.

A: The invitations for your special event can be as unique as our imaginations will allow. I encourage my clients to think beyond the flat paper invitation -- consider a DVD invitation, for instance. Or include the invitation as part of a gift basket. You may choose from a wide variety of envelopes in a huge selection of colors and textures. You can also mail bulky or fragile invitations in a custom-designed box or mailing tube. In addition, I would be happy to create all the usual accompaniments; response card, place card, directions, reception card, etc. to match your theme -- as well as suggest some unique extras!

A: Turnaround depends entirely on the project’s level of complexity. I hand cut, fold and assemble each piece that leaves my studio, so the more detailed the piece, the longer it will take to complete. A hundred relatively simple panel cards may take 10 days from start to finish, whereas a multi-level invitation in hand-folded velum and finished with a ribbon in that same quantity may take as long as 8 weeks. As with anything, it's better to plan early!

A: Due to the highly custom nature of my work, all sales are final. A project may only be cancelled if supplies have not yet been ordered.  I work with my clients to ensure that they are happy with their invitation package BEFORE it goes into production so that an inconvenient and costly refund has yet to become necessary!

A: I have a relationship with several high-quality paper vendors from whom I choose rich colors and touchable textures. I use only top of the line ribbons and embellishments, including silk organdy, fine velvet, raffia, bamboo, gold or silver charms, buttons, eyelets, wire, magnets, photographs, acetate, wood, leather and crystals. You name it and I can incorporate it into a one of a kind creation representing you, your event and your vision.

A: My studio is located in Bucks County, PA, but I've worked with clients from all over the country via telephone and email.
